Class Schedule

EACH CLASS BEGINS WITH LIGHT STRETCHING FOLLOWED BY 20 CURL UPS, 10 PUSH UPS, AND A 5 MINUTE JOG. THIS IS DONE SO THAT EVERY STUDENT CAN IMPROVE THEIR PERSONAL LEVEL OF STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY AND CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE. THE ACTIVITY OF THE DAY IS NEXT WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF PARTICIPATION TO MEET EACH STUDENT'S ABILITIES.
