wildly popular growing initiative is the Fixed vs. Growth Mindset
model. This is where we as parents, educators, and self-advocates can be
aware of how we are learning and take ownership of it. My goal as an
educator is to help students be more aware of their growth mindset
abilities and how we can all grow together.
